Notice is hereby given that the inaugural Annual General Meeting of the AotearoaNew Zealand Māori Rugby League (ANZMRL) Incorporated will be held on Sunday 26 November 2023 at Te Kete Aronui - Rototuna Library, 30 North City Road, Rototuna North, Hamilton. 

The meeting will start at 10am sharp.

(c) Passing of accounts and Kaitiaki Pūtea report;

(e) Election of Officers;

(f) Election of the Patron and Kaumātua; and

(g) General Business

PROCEDURAL NOTES

In accordance with ANZMRL’s constitution:1. At least seven (7) current ANZMRL members must be present to establisha quorum for the Meeting and to conduct the business set out above.2. Members must complete the registration form to confirm their attendance.3. Each current NZMRL member attending the Meeting will be entitled to onevote. Proxy votes and remote votes are not permitted.4. Voting at the Meeting will be by a show of hands, unless otherwise decidedby a majority of the NZMRL members present.
